Marriage Relationship Counselling Services:
FREE COUNSELLING CONSULTATION SESSION:
As published on www.marriagecounselling.london the free consultation is fixed up-to 30 minutes unless otherwise stated. The free 30 minutes pre-consultation session is available for new customers/clients/clients only. A Free Session could be FACE-TO-FACE or by PHONE.
COUNSELLING FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION FEE
The consultation session could be an hourly based service or a package. Based on the diagnosis results we could recommend a package of counselling therapy to the customers/clients/clients. If the Customer agrees about the counselling package and the costs he/she has to pay in advance. Detailed reports could be produced at the end of the treatment en request.
COUNSELLING PHONE CONSULTATION SESSION FEE
The consultation session could be an hourly based service or a package. GROUP EVENT FEE:
Goup therapy or event, should be booked in advance. www.marriagecounselling.london has the full right to cancel cancel or reschedule an event by informing the the booked clients.
SERVICE BOOKINGS:
Payments could be made in cash, bank transfer and credit/debit card using our online services.
Credit / debit card payments are subject to 2.5% surcharges unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Any of the above service has to be booked in advance by phone, email or our booking form online.
Group Event and seminars booking has to be paid in advance.
Phone Consultation sessions has to be paid in advance
Face-to-Face sessions and packages has to be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule their attendance at Group Event, Free Consultation, Consultation, or counselling package then they must do so by phoning us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, then any payments made can be transferred to another product or service provided by Marriage Relationship Counselling at a later date, or can be transferred to another person who wants to enrol in a service offered bywww.marriagecounselling.london, however a refund can not be made. If a customer fails to attend the group event then no refund is payable.
If the customer change his/her mind after paying for a service before attending the sessions and before 14 days since the payment is done, they will be refunded the amount of the agreed service minus the 25% administration charge service fee.
Cancellations must be in writing via email or towww.marriagecounselling.london at [email protected]. Verbal requests to cancel do not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Blocking a credit/debit payment transaction with out contacting us is considered as fraud and it will be reported to the payment gateway.
All accounts more than 30 days past due may be assessed a late fee unless otherwise agreed. No fewer than three attempts to contact the customer will be made before any late fee is assessed.
If a customer fails to make a payment after receiving the service will be reported to a debt recovery agency.
www.marriagecounselling.london may assess a £25.00 late fee for accounts 30 days past due.
If a customer initiates a refund, Marriage Relationship Counselling may assess a 25% processing fee for each individual transaction.
Collections Fee: In the event an account is submitted to a third party collections service, a £25.00 processing fee may be assessed to the existing account balance. This fee is in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.
All payments must be paid in GB pounds sterling and issued from a U.K. bank.www.marriagecounselling.london currently accepts, MasterCard credit/debit cards, Visa credit/debit cards.
Only written or electronic email requests made will create a cancellation request. customers/clients/clients are encouraged to keep records of all cancellation communication.
